I believe that teaching yoga is so much more than calling out poses. It's the establishment of a spiritual and emotional connection between teacher and student. My ultimate goal is to create an all around yoga experience that will be remembered. From carefully crafted and engaging playlists to intelligent sequencing and positive affirmations, the experience you'll receive will be like no other. I have always been a passionate athlete… From playing basketball and running track in high school in Texas, to being a scholarship hurdler at Texas Tech University. I first found yoga in 2010 as a way to relieve chronic back and neck pain. From the time I walked into my first vinyasa class, I was obsessed with the emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of this practice. I received my 200 hour teacher certification from Karmany Yoga-Dallas (Dallas’ #1 yoga studio, as voted by D Magazine) and am currently pursing my Yoga Medicine 500 hour advanced yoga certification with Tiffany Cruikshank specializing in yoga therapy for athletes, the spine, and shoulder. I am a lululemon Summit Ambassador, a Garmin ambassador and hold a Doctorate degree in molecular biology. I’m also a social media influencer, an avid half-marathoner and a passionate world-traveler.

Brooke Weinstein OTD, OTR/L is here to get real about Mamahood, tips, and tricks to childhood development, and how to live in your mama truth. Brooke is a Doctor of occupational therapy. With over a decade of experience, Brooke built a thriving business in New Orleans called Therapeutic Learning Center which focused on treating the child and educating the entire family on how coping skills and strategies to manage this societal challenges children face. With life experience, having two preemies, running a business (and household), Brooke began to feel the struggles of motherhood, being stretched too thin. This ultimately led to Brooke selling her business, stepping away to readjust her priorities, and focus more on her own family at home. During this pause, Brooke went on an exploration of self, and dove into the “why” of her career burnout. The ah-ha moment came when she recognized the missing link between treating children, and parent education. “We as mothers need support and guidance to get through this life. It’s simply too much to do on our own. Having support as a mother is what our children need most in this world to thrive.” Brooke’s expertise in child development, sensory regulation, and parental connection, led Brooke to begin coaching Mama’s and families through this difficult phase of life. Brooke helps Mama’s tap into their individual strength, teach them how to trust their gut, and support growth in building emotional connections with their children and family they’ve always longed for. “It’s ok to be vulnerable. Most importantly, it’s ok to allow yourself this support, because the family unit begins and ends with the mother.” “If you are struggling, I urge you to reach out. Let’s explore your individual Mama life together. I’m here to listen without judgment, support you, guide you to a path of living a life you love waking up to each morning.” DM Brooke with any questions or comments below. courtney claiborne

Courtney Claiborne is a dynamic and innovative business executive specializing in growing both people and companies. Throughout her 20+ years in leadership, Courtney has hired, trained, and developed hundreds of top-performing employees, most of whom were brand new to their chosen field, just like she was when she started her staffing career upon graduating college in 1999. After establishing herself as an award-winning recruiter and business development manager, she became the youngest female executive at her company and spearheaded the development of recruiting organizations that helped transform a multi-billion dollar industry. Never one to shy away from risk, she began her entrepreneurial endeavors in 2010 when she left a senior leadership role in one of the largest staffing companies in the world to take over an underperforming local staffing company that was losing over $500,000 per year. With 5 years, she helped grow the company to over $85 million in revenue and 8 offices across the U.S. In 2016, seeing an opportunity to transform an industry yet again, Courtney and several of her partners sold their stakes and risked it all to start a brand new company, developing a technology solution that is currently poised to revolutionize the way that companies and job-seekers connect with each other. She currently serves as a Partner and Vice President of Delivery for her company Genesys Talent. The road has never been easy, with plenty of hard lessons learned along the way. Whether you are a fledgling entrepreneur, an experienced leader growing your organization, or an owner taking your business to the next level, you will appreciate Courtney’s perspective as she loves nothing more than to help others wherever they are on their professional journey.

meagan pravden

Having started her dancing career at the age of 4, Meagan Pravden can’t remember a time when she wasn’t moving to a beat. This born and raised Gainesville girl moved to Pittsburgh after high school to pursue a dance degree at Point Park University, but after a long winter semester, she realized beaches and flip flops were more her style and returned home to Florida. Since then, Meagan has stopped at nothing to crush her goals. At 18, she auditioned and made it on her first NBA dance team, where her love for pro-cheerleading really took off. At 21, she moved from Orlando to Tampa where she auditioned for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleading team, and proudly cheered with them for three seasons. After graduating from the University of South Florida with her degree in Communications, Meagan moved to Dallas to pursue her ultimate goal—to cheer with the Dallas Cowboys. After three rounds of cuts, Meagan was selected to be a 2014 Training Camp candidate for the Dallas Cowboys and was later casted on the reality show called Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team. Meagan’s experience with the Cowboys was broadcasted to millions of viewers, including her cut from the squad when the custom Cowboys uniform “didn’t fit her body.” Meagan returned home to Florida and retired from Pro-Cheerleading shortly after. In 2020, Meagan was approached by a journalist in Dallas, who wanted to cover her story and experience with the Cowboys, specifically her time in training camp and the ‘body shaming’ she faced. Since her experience with the Cowboys, Meagan has come a long way, mentally and physically. She is now a proud self-love advocate who encourages conversations around body positivity in the dance and cheer worlds, using her voice and social media platform to reach those with similar stories. Her goal now? To inspire others to love themselves fully and unapologetically! A quote Meagan loves and lives by: “I won’t subscribe to someone else’s standards and ideals for MY body…so, instead of embracing what someone else determined to be a flaw of mine, I choose to embrace my whole, flawless body.” - Molly Galbraith, author of Strong Women Lift Each Other Up
